Can I really move my ChatGPT or Claude setup to another provider?

Most of it, yes — custom GPTs and Claude Projects don't export natively, but we recreate them on the new provider from your existing prompts and knowledge. Conversation history and uploaded documents are extracted and preserved. What can't move directly is rebuilt so the new setup behaves the same.
