What’s useful to know before we talk
Nothing at all — but if you have a rough idea of any of these, it makes the half hour more useful:
- How many people are in the office, and roughly how much of their week goes on email and the phone
- Where your stock comes from, and what happens to it before it reaches a customer
- What software you’re already running that works and shouldn’t be touched
- Whether you’re currently thinking about hiring someone to help with admin
If the answer to that last one is yes, it’s worth talking sooner rather than later.
